- Print-on-demand products: 1–3 business days.
- A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent once your order leaves our facility.

Standard Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
- Within State (Local): flat rate $5.99.
- Nationwide (other U.S. states): flat rate $10.
- Express & International: calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Special Situations & Seasonal Delays
While we strive to fulfill and deliver every order on time, certain circumstances may affect delivery times, including but not limited to:

- Extreme weather (floods, hurricanes, wildfires, snowstorms)

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is marked “delivered” but has not arrived, or if it arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate with our shipping partners and resolve the issue.
Delivery Address Issues

- We cannot guarantee rerouting after an order is processed.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee may apply.
