All Pipetrendz products are printed on demand, tailored to your preferences, and as such, we are unable to accept returns of any products under any circumstances. In the event that you encounter any issues with your product, it will be retained at your disposal.

 
If you receive a defective item, there’s no need to go through the return process. We will gladly send you a replacement free of charge. For more details, please consult our Refund Policy.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Order Modification or Cancellation: If you have a change of heart regarding your purchase, promptly reach out to us at [email protected]. Provide your order number and specify the desired modification. We will confirm the modification or cancellation once it has been processed.
 
Time Frame for Changes: Orders can only be canceled or modified within a 12-hour window from the time of order placement. After this period, orders are locked for processing and cannot be canceled.

THE PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT CUSTOMERS HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT:
 
In instances where a package is marked as delivered but the customer insists they haven’t received it, the following steps should be taken:
 
Review Carrier Information: Consult the tracking system to confirm that the package was indeed marked as delivered. Customers should also reach out to their carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL) for precise delivery details, including GPS location data.
 
Evidence of Loss: If the customer obtains written or recorded confirmation from the carrier, indicating that the package is genuinely lost, we will take action in the best interests of the customer. This may include providing a resolution as necessary.
