Refund Policy
Eligibility for a Refund
- You may be eligible for a refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”.
- Include photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm your request and, if necessary, arrange for the return of the item.
- Once we either receive and inspect the returned item, or verify the issue remotely, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Amounts
- A full refund or free replacement will be issued if the error is on our end (for example: printing mistake, wrong item, or product damaged upon arrival).
- Refunds will not be issued if the issue is due to a customer’s change of mind, ordering the wrong size or design, or failing to follow product care instructions.
