Refund Policy

Eligibility for a Refund

  • You may be eligible for a refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  2. Include photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm your request and, if necessary, arrange for the return of the item.
  4. Once we either receive and inspect the returned item, or verify the issue remotely, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Amounts

  • A full refund or free replacement will be issued if the error is on our end (for example: printing mistake, wrong item, or product damaged upon arrival).
  • Refunds will not be issued if the issue is due to a customer’s change of mind, ordering the wrong size or design, or failing to follow product care instructions.
