Cancellation Policy

 

When You Can Cancel

  • Before production starts: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. No fee will be charged.
  • After production begins: Once your item enters printing or fulfillment (typically 12–24 hours after the order is placed), cancellations are no longer guaranteed. However, we will do our best to assist.

How to Request a Cancellation

  • Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  • Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation. We value your feedback.
  • We will confirm your request within 12 business hours and inform you of the status.

Cancellation Fees and Refunds

  • Full refund if cancellation is approved before production begins.
  • Partial refund of up to 70% if cancellation occurs after production has started, to cover material and labor costs.
  • No refund once the item has shipped. However, you may still use our Return Policy once the product arrives.

What Happens Next

If your cancellation is approved, you will receive:

  • An email confirmation.
  • A refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If we are unable to cancel because production is complete, we will provide:

  • Guidance on return options.
  • Discounts or store credits as a goodwill gesture.

Modifications Instead of Cancellation

If you only need to make a change such as correcting a typo, adjusting the color, or switching sizes please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we can usually make adjustments at no extra cost.
